Jerry Longarzo was the managing partner and a founding partner of LVKF, handling matters across all aspects of the firm’s practice.
Prior to founding LVKF, Mr. Longarzo was an executive vice president at Newscorp, where he oversaw the business affairs, legal affairs, scripted production, unscripted production, post production and business development departments for Fox Television Studios and spearheaded the studio’s transition from a movies-for-television business model to a scripted series model. Mr. Longarzo also held various posts at The Walt Disney Company, where he managed business affairs for numerous successful television series. Mr. Longarzo began his legal career in New York as a corporate associate for the law firm Lord Day & Lord.
Mr. Longarzo earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He was a member of the California State Bar and New York State Bar, licensed to practice in California and New York, and was a member of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors.

Jerry Longarzo died on January 11, 2022 after a nearly year-long battle with pancreatic cancer.
