Adela Marachelian is an Associate of LVKF. Ms. Marachelian joined LVKF in 2017 after earning a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School’s prestigious two-year SCALE accelerated learning program, which focuses on developing practical lawyering and trial advocacy skills in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Ms. Marachelian was a member of the Entertainment Law Association, Women’s Law Association, Public Interest Law Committee, and Negotiations Law Association. She earned a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Law and Society with honors and was a member of The Pre-Law Society, from University of California, San Diego. She is a member of the California Bar Association, licensed to practice in California.
Ms. Marachelian previously clerked in immigration law working on Ninth Circuit Appeals. Her practice spanned drafting asylum briefs, withholding of removal, protection under convention against torture, board of immigration appeals, and motions to reopen and consolidate immigration cases.
